Regulator Rebate
The Arkansas Propane Education and Research
Council, Inc. in cooperation with the National Propane Education and Research Council
has again instituted a program whereby with the replacement of a regulator more
than 15 years old (the manufacturer's suggested maximum lifespan) or a single stage
regulator, the LP dealer may receive as a rebate the sum of $30.00 per replaced
regulator.
2011 Summer Convention
We will again join the Oklahoma Propane Gas Association
in a joint convention to be held July 27, 28 and 29, 2011 at the
Embassy Suites Hotel in Rogers, Arkansas. We are looking forward to a great
time in a new place yet still familiar to many of us. We plan to make this a family
friendly convention with lots to do so bring your golf clubs, your children and
your grand children and see what northwest Arkansas has to offer. Make plans
now to attend and plan to have a great time and good fellowship and some good fun
at the 2011 Summer Convention.
The dates were originally booked and the convention scheduled
to be held the third week in July, 2011 this date has now been pushed back one week
to be the last week in July and will avoid some obvious scheduling conflicts inherent
in the summer convention season. Hope to see you there.
2011 Legislative Reception
Our bi-annual Legislative Reception will be Sunday
evening, January 9, 2011 at the Wyndham Riverfront (the old Riverfront Hilton) in
North Little Rock. Invite your legislator now and make plans to meet them
there yourself. It is vitally important that our legislative body sees a united
and well informed industry.
